Anniversary trip to Monterey/Carmel/Seaside

Ev and I decided to go to Monterey/Carmel/Seaside for our anniversary. Our 12th anniversary..
We stayed with a delightful couple that we rented a room from them via AIRBNB.. The house was 2 bedroom, 1 bath (we shared) worked out great. We had Kitchen privileges.. So we had breakfast in and had dinners out. They are pet friendly, so we brought our dogs Ripley and Kaylee. We had a nice time..
We visited Monterey wharf.. We took a sailboat ride for a couple of hours one day.. We had a Mom and 4 kids with us.. Oldest was 9 then 7 then 3 and then 1.. That's a long time to keep kids confined!! Trip was ok.. Kids were pretty good overall..
On Tuesday we walked the beach at Carmel by the sea... Took some photos of Pebble Beach.. :)
We walked up to a Aw Shucks that serve a great bloody mary!! They also serve some oysters.. 
We did dinners out.. First night was Phil's Fish Market at Moss Landing..Oh Yum!! We shared a plate of Halibut Fish & Chips!! It was wonderful!! The atmosphere is very casual.. They had a country music band that was incredible! They were amazing.. Loved it!
We had dinner at Monterey Fish House.. What a wonderful dinner we both had!! Incredibly wonderful! A must if you are ever in this area!!
Wednesday we did the sail boat ride. Ev and I got to be the "crew" taking in the sails and letting them out! Fun..
After sailing went back to our room and freshen up.. We then went to the Monterey Elks Lodge .. Beautiful lodge.. There is RV parking a swimming pool. The lodge is very nice.. Tables had white table cloths on them.. :)
Then went to the Mission Ranch where we had a couple of drinks and some very good shrimp cocktail.. The grounds were beautiful..
From here we went to the Moose lodge in Del Rey Oaks Had a drink and a couple bits of pizza that they shared with us..
From here we were tired.. stopped at Mickey "D's" for dinner and then back to our room.. Early night..
We took off for home Thursday morning.. fun time..

Ev & Ricks' Ski Trip to Idaho January 28-February 9th 2017

Ev Rick's Idaho Ski Trip January 28-February 9th 2017
The ski trip was planned just before Christmas 2016.
Rick & Lynn bought Ev's plane ticket for his xmas present..
Ev was thrilled as you might imagine..
They had a place at Tamarack Ski Resort in Idaho.
The 12 million mansion was no charge!! woo hoo!!
The house was incredible! All guys for 6 days!! hehe
We had some amazing skiing! We went snow shoeing, Ev had never done that before.. His whole time with Rick and the boys was to say the least incredible.. Be sure to check out photos below..

Crab feed in Eureka Jan 2017
We had quite a group as always, Phil Toni, Mike, Maryann, Jim, Shirley, Jim, Jan, Lee, Laura, Rudy and Faith.
This year again rained and stormed most of the 5 days we were there.. So we did a lot of trailer hopping.. hopping from one trailer to another stay dry.. Also spent time in the lodge..
I got that nasty cold second day we were there.. YUCK!
Followed by Shirley and Everett. They got it the last day we were there.. Every years seems like I am sick.. Not sure why?
In spite of the sickness we all managed to enjoy each others company..
Got caught up in a traffic jam on the way home.. 101 was shut down in both directions for about 2 1/2 hours!  Long drive home..

Another wonderful year with GREAT friends! Always good times with the Mohoffs.. Again this year the Mohoff's we stayed with the M&M b&b.. :) Served us breakfast, dinner.. yummy..  4 lovely nights.. great people..

Visit Family/Friends in Stockton area

We had a great week visiting Family/Friends
Started out at Rick & Marianne.. We spent 2 great days with them.
We camped at Woodward Res.. $15 a night full hookups.
Then we went over to Stockton and stayed at Buckley Cove/Riverpoint RV..very nice park
My cousin Mike Fox hosted a wonderful bbq with family! It was a great reunion!! Most all the cuz'z were there! Great seeing everyone!!
Love you all so much!
Sunday, Celina came for a nice afternoon visit! :)
Friends Steve & Raine came for bbq and lots of catching up..
Final destination was a great visit with Bette & John... Thanks guys it was great seeing and spending time..

Full with the "Walsh" family and Friends

Jim & Shirley's daughter Kelley from NC came out to visit.. What a great visit! Fun time was had by all..
Summit Lake Winery in Angwin, Gretchen who is one of the owners is a good friend of Kelley's. Gretchen hosted us a private wine tasting and lots of fun stories.
Later in the day we met with Rudy & Faith for pizza at Middletown..
Sunday we met over at Steele Winery for the Harvest Festival.. Great fun!

St Louis, MO., Moose Convention 2016

Pam and I went to St Louis to receive some awards for our hard work for the Moose.
Pam received her "Star" for doing a great job as Recorder (bookkepper). Previous year Pam received her "College of Regents" in Nashville, TN.
I got my "College of Regents" degree. One of the highest awards given.
We had a 3rd muskateer Cheri Burgi from the Sonoma lodge..
Had a nice week..
